Just finished reading Bytes and Breaths: The Vitasphere Quest by Neha Taneja and Anand Laxshmivarahan R.
In a world obsessed with AI becoming smarter, the book quietly reminds us that #leaders need to become more #human.
We have embraced AI across many parts of our business and it has genuinely made us better. But the biggest wins still come from the things no tool can replicate.... understanding context, reading between the lines, backing a team member when they need it most, knowing when to say no to a client even when there is revenue on the table and the list goes on.
The book left me with a thought I have not been able to shake since I put it down.

Highly recommend this one if you are a leader navigating the AI era and trying to figure out where you actually fit in it.
