Read a piece in the Economic Times (https://lnkd.in/dzTs_a7h) this weekend on healing fiction, the quiet books people are turning to for refuge. Bookshops, cafés, ordinary routines made sacred.

Bytes and Breaths sits on a different shelf. But the article sent me back into our own pages, to Chapter 11. Zara at 3am, her meditation mat gathering dust while her inbox swelled. Then an old running partner’s marathon photo turned up in her feed. Next morning she laced up shoes she had not worn in years, and by mile two she found space. Not in her calendar. In her mind.

We wrote that chapter for the lesson in it. Some readers, it turns out, stayed for the run.
